Increase size of fonts everywhere

Not a bug but the current default size of the public area is 13px which is just too tiny.

The problem is especially visible on the changelog where there are large blocks of text.

I'd suggest 15px-16px default body text with 1.5-1.7em line height. See attached screen

The portal now has a larger font-size, in addition we've also tweaked the following aspects:

  • Cleaned-up the posts list on feedback boards to make it easier to scan the existing ideas.
  • When you type a new post title, we'll try to find suggestions that you can vote on to make it less likely users will create duplicates.

Hey Kalo! Thanks for the feedback - the font-size of the public area is indeed a bit too small. We'll take a look at tweaking this based on your suggestions.
