You can now make individual tags public to all users. This is particularly useful if you want to convey important context, for example, priority to your users.
To make a tag public, simply click on it in the admin view and toggle it to Visible on your portal.
You can now batch merge posts in the admin view - a powerful tool to help clean-up duplicate posts when they slip through.
Admins can also choose the default sort order for posts on each board in their portal. For example, you can now choose to show the most popular posts on top.
You can now collect feedback from your customers without having their real names visible to other users. Only admins will be able to see their real details.
This is a useful addition if you don't want your competitors to know who is using your product or if you don't want users to vote on feedback based on who has left it.
You can enable this option from Admin > Portal > User Access. When enabled, your users real names will be replaced with aliases such Violet Barracuda.
We're pleased to announce that @mentions are now rolled out to all Noora workspaces. Whenever you are writing a comment you can simply type @ and the first part of the name of the user you want to mention and we'll show a list of helpful suggestions. Replying to a comment from another user? We'll automatically add them to the beginning of your comment so they'll be notified via email.

We're pleased to launch the ability to white-label the Noora public portal.
Add a custom CSS stylesheet: override all parts of the portal's appearance so that you can exactly match your brand identity, and make your users feel even more comfortable with leaving you feedback. Perfect for embedding the portal natively within your product, website or app.
You can now remove all "Powered by Noora" branding from portal.

We've now added dynamic social media hero images to all feedback and changelog posts. When you share on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, we'll generate a dynamic social media hero that shows the title of the post, as well as the number of upvotes it has.
This makes it even easier to share updates with your users, as well as drive them to leave you valuable product feedback.

We know that order matters when you are showing priority. So we made it simple to drag/drop in the admin view to re-order your public roadmap.
We've improved the notification system for workspace admins, so you'll receive a daily digest of what is new or which features are getting the most attention from your userbase.
Do you want to collect votes and start a discussion, but not collect entirely new ideas? Now you can! Just toggle on admin only posting for your feedback boards.
Embed Youtube videos on your changelog to make communicating new releases even clearer.
Embed Loom videos across your portal to connect even more easily with your users.
You can now export a list of every contact that has voted for a particular feature, perfect for reaching out to them in another tool.
We've now introduced a brand new Owner field for each Idea in your Noora workspace. This field makes it even easier to coordinate feedback with your team members and fellow admins to make sure that each Idea has a clear owner.
The owner field is available for all workspaces on the Pro plan and above.
We've now added support for cover images on roadmap cards. This is a great way to broadcast previews of the features you are working on to your users. You can set the cover image on any post on a feedback board from the Admin view of your Noora workspace.
You can now gather feedback from your users without them needing to leave any contact details. The option to collect anonymous feedback can be enabled on each feedback board in your Noora workspace. Once enabled, users can create new posts, vote and comment without needing to have an account.
To get started with collecting anonymous feedback from your users, simply toggle on "Anonymous feedback" on the settings of the feedback board(s) you want to enable it.
After leaving anonymous feedback, users can "claim" the account and add their details to receive updates and notifications around their feedback. Anonymous users are given randomized names such as Blue Gopher or Red Tortoise to make it simple to distinguish their feedback from real users.
We've now rolled out the first iteration of our improved SEO and unfurling support. SEO and other bot crawlers will now get better information about the contents of the public pages of your Noora portal. This means that for example search results in Google will display the correct title and description preview for feature requests and changelog posts.
In addition, when sharing links on Facebook, Twitter and Slack, these links will be unfurled correctly with more relevant information. We'll also check if you've added an image to a changelog post and set that as the cover image.
In addition, for those workspaces who have enabled custom domains, you can also add a sitemap for the public pages of your Noora portal (so if your site is hosted at https://feedback.yoursite.com, your sitemap can be found at https://feedback.yoursite.com/sitemap.xml). The sitemap only contains entries for public pages, so you do not need to be concerned about private board posts being added here.
We're pleased to start off the New Year by releasing support for custom domains for Noora. This means that our customers on the Pro plan can now serve their feedback portal from feedback.yoursite.com as an example.
Set-up is as simple as adding a CNAME DNS record. We'll handle SSL certificates via Let's Encrypt.

We're making it even easier to enrich the Contacts in your Noora workspace, by launching our new Segment integration! You can now add Noora as Destination in your Segment workspace. Installation takes just a couple of clicks, and does not require any coding or developer time.
Once installed, you will be able to segment your contacts in Noora using traits that Segment has provided via identify calls. You will also be able to see these users as vote on behalf suggestions.

The first iteration of company and MRR (monthly recurring revenue) data is now available to all workspaces on the Pro plan (and of course, throughout your free 14 day trial!).
You can now identify the companies (and their monthly spend) for each user that provides feedback or insights in your Noora workspace. With this data at your finger-tips, you can filter for feedback from specific companies - as well as sort insights and feedback by MRR data. This helps you spot high-value but low-vote feedback that is worth considering.

The MRR value for insights and feedback is automatically updated whenever you submit updated company data to the Noora API from your back-end servers or identify a user with an SSO token.
