Any updates on this? Your app is completely unable to be used on mobile. Ran into this again this morning when I made the mistake of trying to respond to a comment on a post I made on StoryGraph's feedback board. It's so common on that board that you can tell who struggled to leave comments on mobile based on which comments have these bizarre repetitive typos. I see it constantly.
Hi Samantha - I'm sorry that we haven't been able to reproduce this yet. However, I promise that we will take a look during this week and see if we can get to the bottom of this so that leaving feedback works for you without typos.
Not the OP but to answer your Aug 11 question Miranda's screenshot is clearly running Android and typing with Google's Gboard keyboard.
I see similar behavior on the multi-line textarea field using a Google Pixel 3a, Chrome, and also Gboard. It seems to be triggered most by gesture/slide typing and connected with autocomplete. An interesting aspect is holding backspace results in it randomly adding more text and makes it impossible to actually clear the textarea.
It's incredibly frustrating so please let us know what more we can do to get this resolved.
Hi Randy - thanks for taking the time to write to us. We've just released a new version of the portal that will hopefully resolve these issues.
I'd really appreciate it if you could try refreshing your browser (to ensure you have the latest version) and trying again. Fingers crossed we have finally squashed this bug now.
Once again - our sincere apologies for the troubles this causes you.
Hi Glenn, sorry I did not see your reply sooner.
Testing it now and I am happy to report that it appears to be fixed!
Thanks again for getting this addressed!
Great to hear that this issue is now fixed!
Hi Miranda! Thanks for reporting this issue to us. We've been unable to reproduce it so far. Could we ask for a few extra details, for example which browser on mobile and which device (Android or iOS)? Thanks!
