Up until now, Noora has primarily been a great place to gather feature requests from your users and internal teams. However, we are acutely aware that it is often the case that feedback and useful insights from your users will emerge on calls, in email threads and in support tickets. It is precisely this feedback that should also be collected and used to help shape your product roadmaps. Therefore we are really excited to announce Insights!

Insights in Noora are a great place to gather quotes and other feedback from users that are not necessarily feature requests. When you collect them you can additionally store the original source of the feedback so you can read in even more context. 

To make gather insights as simple as possible, we've also shipped a Chrome browser extension. Once installed, simply highlight the text you want to store from Gmail, Intercom or anywhere else on the internet and press Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Y. The extension will popup and be automatically filled in, ready to be submitted to your Noora workspace. What's more, we'll even try to automagically pair the insight to the user that has provided it!
