Glenn Stiemens Emails aren't being sent in my portal for mentions! Is there a setting we need to toggle?

nadia we discovered a bug in the admin view where the notifications shown were for the "main" comment. Can you try again and see if you now see that the mention notifications are sent?

Glenn Stiemens Hi! The one that you sent me from your roadmap is the first mention email I've received. I haven't received any from our one, "main" comment or specific reply.

When I click to "View Notifications" for replies with a mention only, there's no indication that any emails have been sent out. A few people have mentioned me in comments but I haven't received an email. I've just discovered the mentions via my daily checks.

Okay, we've discovered that I had personal email notifications turned off for my own roadmap, even though I was getting the Admin digest each day!

This one is now planned for a future release. The thinking is that it should be possible to mention both contacts as well as team members. So for example, you can mention a contact to seek clarifying information about their product pains as well as asking a team member to reach out via Intercom (or email) if you prefer that process.
