Would be great to integrate Linear so that you can link individuals requests with a Linear issue/ticket.

Ability to add notes / links for specific tickets/feature requests that can only be seen by admins (e.g. Linear ticket/issue links corresponding to the feature request)
Currently links (e.g. merged posts) appear as dark blue against the black background (dark theme) which makes the link impossible to read. Could you kindly consider changing the colour ... perhaps white or the brand pink!?
Be able to select multiple posts using checkboxes and merge them into one "main" feedback request rather than go to individual requests and merge one-by-one. Would save a lot of time!
It's extremely helpful having the emails of users who have requested a feature and voted for a feature. This helps us reach out to them when the feature has been shipped or to ask for advice! You can enforce accounts but this could be too much commitment for user. Is it possible to have an option of just providing email to be able to vote/suggest. Less barrier to entry (so they don't leave) but means we collect email so we can communicate with the user!
Sometimes you don't want to leak to your competitors who is using and leaving feedback on your product. Admins should still be able to see the real names.
I know that users can get email notifications when posts are updated or moved, but section in the profile we make it easier to track the address of each post without having to get individual email update every time something is changed.
I’m a user of Noora through The StoryGraph.
It would be very useful to have the ability to define a HTTP POST endpoint which would be called with the same data that Zapier is given for example. This would remove the need to use Zapier for simple webhook notification events. It would need to support basic HTTP auth.
For a more consistent user experience of this tool as related to the product it supports, we would want to be able to customise/provide basic content and branding for any comms being sent on our behalf/to our users.
This would include registration onboarding, password resets, notifications.
Similarly, we'd want to be able to add some basic copy to the landing page. This could include an intro some basic info about how we use the tool, but it could also include a basic terms of use - we reserve the right to remove unconstructive feedback, etc....
I often get people writing in to complain that their post has been deleted when, in fact, it's been merged in with another post.
Perhaps there could be a place that users could see everything they've submitted, and its status, even once merged.
(Or they'd get some form of notification about any merges?)
Would like ability to import github changelog and publish to noorahq changelog and keep this in sync.
This would open up segmenting Intercom users based on information from Noora. For example, sending messages or email campaigns.
It should be possible for admins to moderate new posts and comments from non-admins.
It should be possible to remove all Noora branding from the public portal when on the Enterprise plan.
It should be possible for workspaces on the Enterprise plan to customize the CSS stylesheet used on the public portal.
currently you can hardly see 2-3 cards. its really not user friendly
Sharing feedback and changelog posts should generate a dynamic social media preview.
Sometimes I want to archive posts.
Either they're not relevant or they're already in the product and the user just doesn't know.
Deleting a user's post feels harsh, but then keeping all of these posts there adds clutter.
Ideally, archived posts don't show up in the main lists or counts, but they're viewable by the poster via a direct link and the archive is viewable by admins.
Zappier integration currently only work as a trigger. I would like to create new posts automatically from zappier
Admins can accidentally copy the admin link to a post and share it with their users, at the moment we will automatically redirect to the roadmap rather than the public portal post page.
Sometimes users bypass the existing detection measures we have, so we could consider IP checks in the future to reduce the potential for abuse with anonymous voting.
Would love to be able to translate the interface. (at least frontend for feedbacks).
Show the avatar of the user submitting the post and avatars of everyone who upvoted.
Quick suggestion: a Telegram and Whatsapp integration would be great! Would love to autopost changelog updates to Telegram channel or Whatsapp group.
