Allow fixed height for Changelog posts

It would be nice if we could display the Changelog posts in a fixed height in the Changelog page, kinda like fixed-height cards.
Then the user could click on "view post" or "expand" to see the entire Changelog.

All changelog posts that are longer than 400 pixels will now be truncated and have a "Continue reading" call to action.
Great suggestion - we'll investigate whether this should be an option or just default (which feels the most likely).
