Allow option to hide the roadmap so clients cannot see that roadmap tab.

We simply do not have resources to manage a public roadmap right now, and having that as a viewable option would be not ideal if we will not be updating it.

Ben - it is possible to turn off the public roadmap from the admin view. Simply click on Roadmap and then toggle off the roadmap (in the top right hand corner).
