Noora should be tightly integrated with Intercom. It should be possible for admins to:

• View which feature requests a user has voted on from Inbox.
• Add the users vote to a feature from Inbox.
• Create feature requests directly from Inbox (as an admin) and also from Messenger (as an end user).

It should also be possible for visitors and leads in Messenger to add their vote to existing posts or create new ones.
