It would be useful to be able to create private boards so that you can invite only certain users or even just team members to add feedback on early release features and other non-public areas.

Private boards are now shipped. You can share by e-mail address or e-mail domain (if you want to open up a board to a specific corporate domain for example).

Private roadmaps that can be shared to specific users or teams/groups are a nice idea, and would make it easy to manage roadmaps for high value clients.

Private roadmaps as well maybe? So you can communicate easily with high value customers things like "these are the things we are doing specifically for you"?
